Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

Usually , I would suggest speaking to two or three different estate agents but no need here. We also used his company to rent out my parents' property. We asked a few different estate agents for an evaluation of our property, Hindhead, (Louis) were not only the cheapest, but the most thorough, polite, easy going and easy to talk to, not at all pushy estate agents. Louis is very informative and efficient. He gave us good unbiased advice. One thing we really liked was the fact that he never gave us any ridiculous sales men speeches or stupid sales talk diagrams to look at or listen to. He always answered his phone, or at least got back to us within a day. He was always able to show prospective buyers around within a couple of days of talking to them. Basically, Louis is a good coming sense, down to earth business man, who did an excellent job for us. We have sold a few properties in our time, so we were not completely blind, but Louis really worked hard for us and he was true to his word.
